Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I post my daily life: my highs, lows and all in between. My parents took me to America in the year 1990 when I was just a year old. It wouldn't be possible to share my story to you now if my parents didn't work to the max and sacrifice. As I knew I could achieve a better future I set out to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. I had a plan for my life: university, get a job, get married, buy the house, and then have kids. My idea of success was to go to university to graduate, then get an employment in a corporation. After that, I'd marry then buy a house, and then have children. However, life was not so sure. The money and the status of my job was not what I wanted to be. I believed that I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. I possessed a love of working out and I enjoyed getting out and about with friends. when I was navigating this new path in life I found my calling in personal training. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating 7 years of success in the year 2021. Few Asian women have a job in the industry of fashion. In the coaching industry I would like to change the world by providing quality training to aid others to become healthier and happier. In addition, I wish for people to feel empowered to achieve their goals and achieve anything they desire in life. My professional career began to take off when I was enjoying the highest successful times of my life. However, my mother passed away just when my career began to take off. She won her eight year fight with the disease and is resting in Heaven and with me in my mind and heart always. It is amazing how life gives us exactly the lessons we need even when we don't realize that it is there. There are many ways that my mother's passing affected me in many ways. It is my belief that she provided me with another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her next life and for me to have my second chance of living an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. As I approach my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling of living and being alive. It's not that I'm just another number. In sharing the tale of my life, it is in the hope that others are able to relate to my experiences and thoughts. In order to feel that they are not alone. It is also a sign of real love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and is not uncommon. Finally that wellness is your greatest wealth. I pray that you live your life to the fullest and to die with no regrets as death is the sole thing promised to all of us during our lives.
